3. Products & Pricing
ForgeSeat offers automotive seat covers and related vehicle interior accessories.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing. However, minor differences in colour, appearance or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions or manufacturing variations.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). ForgeSeat is not VAT registered, and no VAT is charged on your orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay to us.
Prices may be updated without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly. If payment has already been taken and we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is deemed accepted when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all orders placed via our website.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna. Klarna payment options are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions. Klarna's services may involve a credit agreement. Please review Klarna's terms at klarna.com before selecting this payment method.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where fraud, abuse, unauthorised activity or stock unavailability is suspected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 8–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is 9–13 business days from the date your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a business day will usually begin processing the same day.
UK customers will not be charged additional customs or import fees on delivery. Any applicable duties or taxes are handled by ForgeSeat and will not be charged to the customer.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, peak periods or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns Policy.
Returned items must be clean, in good condition and suitable for resale, unless the item is defective, damaged or materially different from its description.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
