30-Day Fit Guarantee

We want you to order with confidence.

If your ForgeSeat cover does not fit your vehicle properly, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may carefully unpack and test-fit the product to check compatibility.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be clean and in good condition.

  • The item must not be damaged, stained, heavily used or altered.

  • All original packaging, accessories and inserts should be included where possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returned items that are damaged, heavily used, stained or unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a refund.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging where applicable

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.

Please do not send items back before receiving return approval.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Exchanges

Where available, we may offer an exchange if the product is defective, incorrect or unsuitable due to fit issues.
